將未上市販售的漫畫經由「Winy」流出  嫌疑犯遭到逮捕

京都府警調查發現，有多部在周刊少年雜誌上連載的受歡迎作品，在雜誌發

售之前被作者〔這邊指的應該是犯人〕擅自透過網路文件交換軟體「Winy」

流出。

京都府警察本部在18號以涉嫌違反著作權法侵害作者權利為由，逮捕了大阪

府 岩手縣跟東京都的少年，總計3人(公共發送權的侵害)

據生活經濟科高科技犯罪對策室的調查，流出了是「周刊少年Sunday」 (小

學館) 正在連載中的『金色的卡修』(雷句誠創作)和『ブリザードアクセル

』(鈴木央創作)，以及「週刊少年ジャンプ」(集英社)正在連載中的漫畫。

從幾年前就屢次傳出這二雜誌連載中，許多受歡迎的漫畫，在雜誌發售前一

天就被放到網路上流傳的事情。

京都府警察本部在本月接受電腦軟體著作權協會 (東京都文京區) 作者們的

起訴，繼續搜查。

朝日新聞的採訪，小學館：「發售前漫畫就被流出了 關於詳細情況和相關對

策不能說明」，集英社公司：「流出について把握していない」

沒有設計師會抓，就沒那麼翹了，但是還是很喜歡這髮型







燙完一個禮拜： (大概是5/8 ~ 5/9 中間)

這是完全沒抓的狀態，剛下班跟朋友出去玩
